User Experience Research

It is an integral part of our research when we are designing a website to have a member of our team go over the existing social media with no information whatsoever, they then make extensive notes on their findings. We then conduct competitor research and combine this with our client brief prior to drawing up a full proposed site map.

Offens Equine & Livestock Casualty Service was no exception to this format, in fact the sensitive nature of the business required an additional level of research prior to the initial brand design, copywriting and web design.

The inital design of both the branding, copywriting and the website was very well recieved by the client, and the site was up and live very quickly.

Unusually, due to the fragile nature of SEO, the SEO for the site was done at the first stage, to gain some search engine presence at a faster pace.
