PRINT Design
Each year we are responsible for establishing the theme of the event in order to inspire and enhance the features and activities that it contains. We source, commission and work closely with a local artist each year who produces a poster design for the marketing.
We use this design to then create advertising for the event across a whole host of local publishing outlets as well as sending out to bloggers and other related websites.
These are the front covers for the yearly Event Guides that we produce for the festival; 12-30 page brochures listing all of the festival’s events, timings location maps and much more! We arrange the print and distribution of these as well.
Not just the brochure
In order to maintain a high level of quality and consistency in the branding we are the go-to for anything and everything the festival requires when it comes to design and print.
We do the artwork for the staff’s lanyards, the banners which are put up around town, the posters, adverts, certificates, stickers for the grotto and much more.
Event Design
In order to give the festival a fresh look each year and to inspire ideas for the event’s activities we set a theme. This theme then helps with the recruitment of street performer characters, the artwork for the poster and marketing, the style of the grotto and other installations and much more!
Social Media
With the festival being a community event run by volunteers and surviving on funding from local businesses and grants where possible, they do not have any budget for paid advertising. For this reason they must make the most of social media where possible to get the messages across.
We looked after their Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and pinterest in order to help build the awareness of this wonderful event.
