Frances has journeyed from retail management to running her own online business before founding FES Enterprises. She thrives on elevating cottage industry companies with her digital marketing savvy and knack for clear communication. Whether you want in-depth insights or just the essentials, Frances tailors her approach to your needs.
Her specialty is creating strategic marketing plans and fine-tuning website functionality with the consumer’s journey in mind. Frances’s unique blend of left-brain logic and right-brain creativity allows her to seamlessly move from one concept to the next, always searching for the edge that will set you apart.
She’s a tech enthusiast who finds joy in the details that others might overlook. Despite her aversion to stats, she can get lost in them for hours with enthusiasm. At home, she juggles life with three lively dogs, three wonderful children, and a supportive partner, all while riding the fast-paced wave of her career.

Jen’s lifelong passion for design was sparked by her unconventional upbringing. Armed with a degree in brand design and packaging, she ventured into the world of freelancing in 2007, riding out the economic downturn by launching her own business. Over the years, she’s collaborated with a diverse range of clients, delivering expert solutions in print, packaging, brand development, and web design.
Her deep seated obsession with brand identity, colour, and typography drives her belief that a brand is like a book judged by its cover. Jen is dedicated to creating distinct, cohesive brand experiences, ensuring that each brand’s true essence is captured and communicated effectively.
In addition to her design prowess, Jen is constantly enhancing her skills through workshops, industry conferences, and staying abreast of the latest design trends. She’s a mom of four boys, a role that started early and has been a thrilling adventure ever since. Her husband, a serious cardio physiologist, balances their lives with his incredible baking skills, particularly his macarons. Despite her messy desk and jam-packed schedule, Jen embraces the chaos with enthusiasm and wouldn’t have it any other way.

Emily Foster has spent her entire life in Kent, growing up in a lively, close-knit family with more nieces and nephews than she can count. Her career began in catering, where she successfully ran a business from the age of 19. When this chapter closed in 2016, Emily eagerly embraced a new direction, acquiring fresh skills and insights.
Joining forces with Frances, her best friend of over nine years and founder of FES Enterprises, was a natural step. Their combined expertise propelled FES forward, expanding into website creation and virtual business support for various industries.
At Rockpool Creative, Emily’s passion for business psychology and written language shines through. She’s the organisational powerhouse ensuring that every project runs seamlessly and every idea is realised to its fullest. From crafting compelling copy to optimising e-commerce solutions, Emily’s attention to detail and commitment to excellence make her a cornerstone of our team, turning creative visions into successful realities. Outside of work, Emily enjoys the support of her wonderful partner and the joy of her gorgeous baby girl, keeping life both fulfilling and fun.

Jess is the newest member of Rockpool, she has a background in both Digital Design and Photography. After graduating from Southampton Solent with a Fine Art Photography Degree, she started off as a Digital Retoucher for John Lewis and now contracts for them as a Senior Digital Designer, alongside John Lewis she has started her own photography business called Jessica Jill Photo. Specialising in weddings, portraits, and food, and now pursuing the film industry as a Unit Stills Photographer.
