THE BRANDING
Brand Revolution
The client came to us as a start up, so a full branding package was required.



We worked on lots of different tones of voice with Mercia. Her relaxed and colourful personality combined with the depth of her experience and professionalism meant that the tone of voice had to be one that was both professional and warm at the same time.
She chose to use a concept featuring a sage leaf (an image the client felt close to) and we provided a selection of logo versions and devices for her to use depending on the media and application.
We also created a custom pattern using her sage leaf for background texture on the website and in print where applicable.
THE SOCIAL MEDIA
Social media set up
We set up, designed and curated a cohesive Social Media presence for Mercia, aligned with her voice and values.
From content creation to platform strategy, every element was crafted to support her post-launch visibility with clarity and care.

We worked closely with Mercia’s original brand copy, ensuring her voice, tone and values were carried seamlessly into every social post. The language was never adapted or diluted. Each piece was shaped with precision to honour her message and maintain consistency across all platforms.

We managed a soft launch of Mercia’s website through a coordinated social media rollout across LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram. This included setting up and scheduling all content, with image formats optimised for each platform.
We posted thoughtfully to both her personal and business LinkedIn pages, using timing insights to maximise visibility and engagement. Every post was aligned with her brand tone and grounded in the original website copy.
In addition, we set up and optimised her Google presence to support overall discoverability. From strategy to scheduling, the aim was to ensure clarity, consistency and a professional post-launch presence.
THE PHOTOGRAPHY





We briefed and directed our photographer Jessica Jill, to capture a suite of brand-aligned imagery for Mercia. This included detailed texture shots, real-life working moments and location-based visuals, all designed to reflect the tone and feel of her work.
The images were created specifically for use across the website as subtle background elements, accents and storytelling layers, as well as for ongoing use in her Social Media content.
